We know it's hard to wait for your new piece! Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping is flat rate, so feel free to add that extra necklace or bracelet you've been eyeing.
The Lifecycle of an Order
FULFILLMENT: 2-3 business days

- We carefully pack your order at our home base in Oregon
- You receive a tracking number when your order ships
DELIVERY: 3-5 business days

The Details
How is my order shipped? We ship via USPS. Once your order is in the mail, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment, depending on where you live.
What does shipping cost? Flat rate of $7 per order. Order one piece or ten, the shipping cost is the same.
A note on timing. As a small business, our shipping rhythm can vary with the season and how many orders we're packing in a given week. We do our very best to ship within 2-3 business days, but during busy times like the holidays or right after a new collection drops, it may take an extra day or two. We will always keep you informed.
Do you ship internationally? For now, we ship within the US only, including US APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is a dream we are working toward.
When will my card be charged? At the time you place your order.
What if my item is on backorder? Sometimes an item temporarily sells out. If yours is on backorder, we will email you with an estimated ship date. Once it's back in stock, we'll get it to you as quickly as possible.

Returns
We love what we share, and we hope you do too. If you are not over the moon about your Marigold Caravan purchase for any reason, we will happily accept returns of any unworn pieces within 30 days of shipment.
How to start a return:
- Email us at hello@marigoldcaravan.com with your order number, the name of the item you'd like to return, and the reason.
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Once your return arrives in good condition, we will refund your original payment method or issue a store credit (your choice) for the price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items that cannot be returned:
Sample sale items, discounted pieces, and items damaged through normal wear are all final sale.
A note on sample sales and discounted items. Because these items are offered at meaningful discount, all sample sale and discounted item purchases are final. Please look closely at photos and descriptions before purchasing, and feel free to ask us any questions before you buy.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a sized item for a different size within 30 days of shipment, as inventory allows.
To start an exchange, email us with your order number, the item, and the size you would like. We will send shipping instructions, and once your original item arrives in new condition with tags intact, we will ship the new size to you.
Items can be exchanged for a new size only, not a new color or style.
Our 60-Day Product Promise
If your piece has a defect in construction within 60 days of shipment, we will replace it at no cost. Defects may include:
- A clasp that doesn't close properly
- A broken jump ring or chain
- Loose stitching on a bag
- Significant differences from published product dimensions
This does not include normal wear, accidents, or misuse. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will let you know.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please email us within 30 days of shipment. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full.
Canceling an Order
If you change your mind, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel and refund you in full. Once an order has been packed and shipped, we are unable to cancel.
